Reporting abuse and infringement

What this app is - and what it is not

FAST IPTV is a player, nothing more. We supply no channels, no films, no series and no channel lists. We operate no servers holding content and we point to no sources. Whatever is played is brought by the user alone, by entering their own M3U address or their own Xtream credentials.

Those credentials are not readable by us: they are stored encrypted, and even through the website they can only be replaced, never displayed. We therefore know neither which source someone uses nor what it contains.

We consequently cannot remove individual content - there simply is nothing held by us that could be removed. What we can do is set out below.

Copyright infringement

If you are a rights holder or represent one and believe our service contributes to an infringement of your rights, please report it to info@fast-iptv.stream.

For us to act on a report, it must contain:

We cannot attribute a report lacking this information. We will not reject it outright, but we will have to ask, and processing will be delayed accordingly.

What we can do

Our options end at the boundary of our own service. On a substantiated report we can:

A block always affects a device as a whole, not an individual item of content. We therefore do not apply one lightly, but only where the report is plausible.

Process

We acknowledge receipt without undue delay, at the latest within 72 hours, provided you have given a reply address. We then assess the report and notify you of our decision together with a statement of reasons — what we have done, or why we have not acted, and what remedies are available to you. Where the case is clear we act without delay; where it is not, we hear the affected party first. Reports are handled diligently, non-arbitrarily and without automated decision-making (cf. Art. 16 Regulation (EU) 2022/2065).

The person affected by a measure likewise receives a statement of reasons from us, setting out the facts we rely on and how to object (Art. 17 of the Regulation).

Counter-notice

If your device was blocked following a report and you consider this unjustified, object to info@fast-iptv.stream and set out the facts as you see them. If the block proves unfounded, we will lift it.

Abusive reports

Reports that are plainly untrue, or evidently intended only to harm others, will not be processed further. Anyone doing so repeatedly must expect that we will disregard their further reports and consider claims for damages.

Security vulnerabilities

Please do not disclose vulnerabilities publicly; report them to info@fast-iptv.stream - see also security.txt. We run no bug bounty and pay no rewards; we acknowledge receipt within 72 hours and answer honestly. Anyone reporting a vulnerability responsibly has nothing to fear from us.
